This post is beyond awesome

Hello. Car.MikeThanks for the reply. Yes, I have tried that a couple of times but with same results. Everything seems to be loaded the same as on my daughter's laptop - the files in the directories look the same, etc. but when I double-click the desktop icon, I only see the hourglass for a split second and the program does not load. It's got me all confounded! I haven't had any problem with other programs I have loaded, just this problem with DVD Shrink. Any other suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks, John Zobbia
